What is a Genesis Curry Flow?

Genesis Curry Flow is an NFT collection of 2974 digital shoes with Metaverse compatibility. By owning a Genesis Curry Flow, you will be able to get compatible Metaverse shoes directly from our Metaverse partners!

By owning 1 Genesis Curry Flow, you are entitled to: 1 Decentraland shoe, 1 Sandbox shoe, 1 Gala Games shoe, and 1 Rumble Kong League shoe.

What is MetaMask? Do I need it to buy Genesis Curry Flow?

Yes, you need a MetaMask wallet to purchase a Genesis Curry Flow. All users must have a MetaMask wallet in order to buy a Genesis Curry Flow. A MetaMask wallet is a blockchain wallet used to store, buy, and sell crypto-assets. We enforce the use of MetaMask on our site because we want to ensure our customers use a free and reliable wallet when transacting with our site and be able to connect to all our Metaverse partners. Using MetaMask is also the only way to view and interact with your Genesis Curry Flows and Metaverse shoes in the Locker after purchase.

Why do I need a MetaMask wallet?

You need a MetaMask wallet to interact with all of our Metaverses. Think of your MetaMask wallet as a digital backpack that travels with you in the Metaverse. You use it to store your digital items (like a Genesis Curry Flow shoe), among other things, like digital currencies. You will need a MetaMask wallet to purchase a Genesis Curry Flow as the wallet is where your shoe will be sent to you. You only need a MetaMask wallet to receive the shoe. Purchasing will be done entirely through credit/debit card processing.

Which Metaverses will I be able to use and wear my Genesis Curry Flow?

We are partnered up with the following Metaverses: Decentraland, Sandbox, Gala Games, and Rumble Kong League. By owning a Genesis Curry Flow, you will be able to claim the Metaverse-compatible shoe in each of the ecosystem sites directly.

Put simply, 1 Genesis Curry Flow entitles you to 1 Decentraland shoe, 1 Sandbox shoe, 1 Gala Games shoe, and 1 Rumble Kong League shoe.

How do I receive my Metaverse shoes?

Owners of a Genesis Curry Flow on 8 PM EST on December 26th, 2021 will be eligible to claim or be airdropped each of the Metaverse shoes (Decentraland, The Sandbox, Gala Games, Rumble Kong League).

Shoe distribution officially starts on December 28th at 8 PM EST.

How do I buy a Genesis Curry Flow?

Purchasing will be made available on December 21st, 2021 at 8 PM EST. You can go on 2974.currybrand.com to purchase the Genesis Curry Flow. You will need to be 16 years or older to purchase the Genesis Curry Flow.

You can only purchase the shoe with a credit or debit card.

Once you pay, you will receive a payment confirmation email. Please note that you will not receive your shoe immediately as your payment will need to be confirmed by the team. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive the digital shoe by the end of the day to the MetaMask wallet you connected to at the point of purchase. You will also receive an order confirmation email after your payment has been confirmed by the team with the NFT transfer details.

What blockchain is the NFT on?

We use the Polygon blockchain to create the Genesis Curry Flow. We do this to ensure the NFT is built on something environmentally-friendly and carbon neutral.

What is the Polygon blockchain?

Polygon is a layer 2 solution built on Ethereum blockchain. This allows Polygon to use proof of stake, an energy efficient alternative that allows for faster transactions. In short, it is faster for the customer and better for the environment!

As an Under Armour employee, can I use my UA Employee discount on this purchase?

Unfortunately, UA Employee discount is not available on the purchase of the Genesis Curry Flow.

Can I purchase the Genesis Curry Flow using my mobile device?

Yes, but we recommend purchasing through your desktop as load times will be faster than on mobile. If you do want to purchase through your mobile device, please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your account on the MetaMask app

What is Opensea?

Opensea is an NFT marketplace where users can buy, trade, and sell their NFTs. We are partnering with Opensea to allow our users to safely trade their Genesis Curry Flow. Please visit opensea.io for more details.

Can I sell my Genesis Curry Flow?

Yes! You will be able to sell your Genesis Curry Flow on Opensea. We are using Opensea so users can buy, sell, and trade to and from other users. Please note that when you buy and sell on these exchanges, you are solely responsible for your Genesis Curry Flow and must abide by the rules and risks of using the platform.

What if I didn’t get a Genesis Curry Flow? Can I buy it somewhere else?

Yes! You will be able to buy Genesis Curry Flow on Opensea off the secondary market from other users. We are using the Opensea platform so users can buy from other users directly. Please note that when you buy and sell on these exchanges, you are solely responsible for your Genesis Curry Flow and must abide by the rules and risks of using the platform. Click the Opensea icon to be directed to our secondary market collection.

LOCKER

What is the Locker? Why is it important?

The Locker is where you can see your digital shoes live in action! There are a total of 9 shoes (…for now!), and consist of the following:

• 5 Genesis Curry Flow variations
• 1 Decentraland shoe
• 1 Sandbox shoe
• 1 Gala Games shoe
• 1 Rumble Kong League shoe

Think of the Locker as your all-in-one place to find your digital Curry sneakers. You’ll find that the ones you own will be in color, and the ones you don’t will be greyed out. Try to collect them all! Don’t worry — they aren’t going anywhere.

Why are some of my shoes in the Locker grey?

Make sure to connect your MetaMask wallet to the site. Once you are connected and you own the Genesis Curry Flows, those shoes will light up with color! Those you do not own will be greyed out. Collect them all to fill up your Locker.

METAVERSE SHOE DISTRIBUTION

HOW TO GET YOUR SHOES

Please be advised that a snapshot list of wallet addresses and associated shoe quantities for each address will be taken on December 26th, 2021 at 8PM.

In other words, for those who are owners of a Genesis Curry Flow by 8 PM EST on December 26th, 2021, they will be eligible to claim or airdropped each of the Metaverse shoe (Decentraland, Sandbox, Gala Games, Rumble Kong League) on December 28th at 8 PM EST.

All ownership claims for all Metaverse shoes will solely be based on this snapshot list. Please note that one Genesis Curry Flow NFT entitles you to exactly 1 Decentraland shoe, 1 Sandbox shoe, 1 Gala Games shoe, and 1 Rumble Kong League shoe.

Different Metaverse platforms will require different ways of receiving your Metaverse shoe! Please read below very carefully on how to claim your Metaverse shoe.

All shoe distribution will start on December 28th, 2021 at 8PM, with the exception of the Rumble Kong League shoe.

SANDBOX

Based on the snapshot list mentioned above, you will be able to claim your shoe from nft.sandbox.game. The exact link will be updated here once the snapshot list is determined. You will also be able to find the right place to go by clicking on the Sandbox shoe in the Locker.

Please be advised that there may be gas fees involved with claiming your shoe.

Once you successfully claim your Sandbox shoe, go to sandbox.game and log in with the same MetaMask wallet you used to claim your shoe. From there, click the Profile icon and go to Avatar. On the left-hand side you should be able to click on the Shoe Icon. There you can equip your avatar with your Sandbox Genesis Curry Flow!

GALA GAMES

On December 28th 8PM EST, you will be able to claim your shoe directly from the Locker. Click on the Gala shoe in the Locker. If you have available shoes to claim, you will be able to claim the same number of shoes as the number of Genesis Curry Flows you own.

Please be advised that there may be gas fees involved with claiming your shoe.

From there, go to app.gala.games and follow the steps below:

1. Sign up to or log into their Gala Games account
2. Connect your MetaMask wallet to your Gala Games account.
3. From there, they can place the Gala Genesis Curry Flow you just claimed into Town Star, where it will appear as the Town Star-ified trainer.
4. Depending on the rarity of your Genesis Curry Flow, you will earn a set amount of TOWN tokens 🙂

DECENTRALAND

On December 28th 8PM EST, qualifying wallets from the snapshot list will be sent Decentraland shoes, based on how many Genesis Curry Flows they own. Nothing needs to be done on your end! Sit tight and wait for your shoe to be delivered~

Once you receive your Decentraland shoe, go to play.decentraland.org and log in with the same MetaMask wallet. From there, navigate to Backpack to equip your avatar with your new Decentraland Genesis Curry Flow.

RUMBLE KONG LEAGUE

On January 4th 8PM EST, you will be able to claim your shoe from the Rumble Kong League site. The exact link will be updated here once determined. It will also be available if you click on the Rumble Kong League shoe in the Locker.
